NIC Online Banking – gives you peace of mind and the flexibility to access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers receive alerts for all transactions done, are able pay taxes to KRA, view and print account statements and much more. NIC Online also allows one to make funds transfers locally and abroad through M-PESA, EFT, SWIFT or RTGS.

NIC Mobile Banking – This service which is available for both Safaricom and Airtel Subscribers enables customers to conduct various transactions including but not limited to balance enquiry, airtime top up , M-PESA, requests for mini statements , EFTs, payment of bills such as DSTV, GOTV and purchase KPLC prepaid tokens directly from their  mobile phones.

Agency Banking – Through an agency agreement with Post Bank, NIC customers now have access to services in over 99 more outlets countrywide, where they can deposit or withdraw cash just as if they were in an NIC branch in real time.

Borderless Banking – Our customers are now able to walk into any branch in Kenya, Uganda or Tanzania and carry out transactions in real time and at no additional costs.
